I recommend booking 2 to 4 months in advance, especially if you are planning around specific seasons (like autumn foliage or spring blossoms) or need your final images ready for wedding stationery and display boards.

During our initial consultation, we’ll talk about your ideas, the places you’re drawn to and any locations that are meaningful to you. We keep things flexible as your ideas evolve, finalising the locations a couple of weeks before the shoot to create a clear itinerary.

For The Chapter (up to 1.5 hours), we'll select 1 to 2 spots within walking distance (e.g., Melbourne laneways or a specific park).

For The Story (up to 3 hours), we have time to travel up to 2 chosen locations — such as pairing an urban precinct with a garden backdrop. We can also include a third nearby spot within easy walking distance of one of your chosen locations.

Travel between locations is included within the session time.

Your wardrobe plays a key role in setting the tone of your images. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your outfit ideas and how they can work naturally with the overall mood and locations we choose, so everything feels cohesive.

For The Chapter, I recommend 1 curated look with light layering options like a jacket or knit to maximise shooting time.

For The Story, bringing 2 curated outfits with light layering options can create variety while allowing the session to flow naturally between different locations.

Melbourne weather can be unpredictable! Overcast skies and light Melbourne rain can actually create soft, beautiful lighting and moody romantic frames.

However, if extreme weather or heavy downpours occur, I'll work with you to reschedule your session to the next mutually available date at no extra charge.

After your shoot, you’ll receive access to a private online proofing gallery to view the lightly edited collection to handpick your favourite images.

Once chosen and confirmed, each selected image undergoes individual hand-retouching — including colour grading, skin touch-up, and clean-up — to ensure a professional finish.

Yes. While The Chapter includes 30 hand-retouched images and The Story includes 60, you're welcome to pick as many additional favourites as you like from the proofing gallery.

If you choose extra images beyond your included package, I’ll confirm the final number and cost before I begin hand-retouching.

Additional hand-retouched images are $30 per image, or $135 for 5 images.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, after which we’ll schedule your initial consultation to start planning your session. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your shoot date. I accept payment via direct bank transfer.

Yes. Alongside pre-wedding sessions, I genuinely enjoy capturing special moments through family portraits, in-home sessions, anniversaries, and secret proposals.
